Group Fitness Class Descriptions

A freestyle fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling class, the ultimate calorie killer. Start pedalling and let go as the music takes you on the ride of your life along various terrains speeds and intensities. Go at your pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat.
A unique and exciting approach to health and fitness which combines the foundations of professional boxing training with the principles of general and functional fitness training. Cardiovascular endurance, weight loss, muscular resistance and muscular endurance, physical power, speed and agility, coordination, balance and improved aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. A fun and motivating class consisting of mainly pad work.
