Our mission is to inspire and help as many people as we can to achieve their health and fitness goals through functional training.

 

We have created a space that is welcoming, spacious, and with plenty of natural light. We offer a variety of classes incorporating different training styles, as well as one-on-one personal training, to accommodate for the different needs and personal preferences of each of our members.

 

As a small-scale, community-based gym, we are able provide a personalised experience for each individual that walks through our door, and develop a relationship with every one of our members. This ensures that all our members receive the support they need to breakdown any obstacles in their way of progressing in their health and fitness endeavours.
