1. I’ve just purchased my introductory offer, when does it expire?

Your offer will activate from the date of your first booked class. You will have 30 days to activate your pass, after which it will expire.


2. Is there an age limit @nonstopfitness? 

Our classes are designed for adults aged 18 years and over, however, those under the age of 18 may participate in classes if they are accompanied by a guardian/adult. Minimum age permitted is 16 years.


3. Can I still attend a class if I have an injury?

Depending on the nature of the injury, we are able to accommodate and regress exercises according to your needs. Please speak to one of our instructors before participating. 


4. Can I still attend a class if I am pregnant?

We are able to accommodate our classes to pregnant women according to their needs and capabilities, so long as a doctor’s clearance has been obtained. 


5. If I am running late, can I still join a class?

If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be unable to join the class. This policy is in place for safety reasons, and to avoid disruption to the trainer and other members. 


6. What do I need to know for my first class?

We strongly advise new members to arrive 10 minutes before the commencement of the class. This allows time for you to meet the instructor and familiarise yourself with the studio. Please bring a drink bottle and sweat towel to all classes. Wipes and sanitiser are provided to wipe down equipment after use. Please remember to scan the QR code upon entry. 


7. How do I book a class?

To book into classes, please download and register via the MINDBODY app. The link to the MINDBODY booking system may also be found on our website. 


8. What if I am on a waitlist?

We recommend you join a waitlist as you are highly likely to get into a class. You will be
notified via email/text if you have been added to the class.


9. Do you have a cancellation policy for memberships?

Yes. If you would like to cancel your membership, you must give 2 weeks’ notice.


10. Can I have my order shipped?

Order are available for pick up from the @Nonstop Fitness studio. We do not currently ship orders.
